Course in how to achieve success with OKRs

The course provides participants with a thorough introduction to the technique itself, while the majority of the time is used to practice and collaboratively learn how to set good goals.

About the course

OKR is easy to learn but challenging to succeed with – and practice makes perfect. If you are truly looking to reap the benefits of OKR and feel confident in how to proceed, this is a course that all managers and teams will find highly beneficial.

To emphasize the importance of practice, the course spans 2 days with a significant period between each course day, during which teams are expected to have tried the methodology in practice and reflected on their experiences.

After the first course day, you will have a good starting point for OKRs that can be implemented until the next course day.
