Course in agile work methodology
Course in process planning: How to plan assignments and work processes
The goal of this workshop is to teach your teams techniques for understanding an assignment and collaboratively planning a process. Many product teams, public sector employees, and large companies face vaguely or broadly defined assignments and need to better understand them, specify an implementation method, and plan the process further.

About the course
A good, well-anchored plan and implementation methodology requires the involvement of various internal and external stakeholders, a clear definition of what is within and outside the scope of the assignment, a defined process for carrying out the assignment that accounts for risk understanding, and estimations. How can we work smarter together to achieve this using various workshop techniques within a structured framework that step-by-step leads to the goal?
The workshop is based on an example assignment that everyone can relate to, and we will step-by-step go through the planning of this and present and practice the various team techniques in practice in groups. This makes the workshop’s implementation a demonstration of how you can approach your next assignment.
After the workshop, participants will have a tool they can adapt and use to better understand new assignments and plan their implementation, so they can get started faster.
