How to succeed with autonomous teams: Future-oriented team leadership in practice
Get fundamental and practical training in agile team leadership and learn how to create a synchronized organization with a common direction that delivers more value faster. In this course, you will learn to transition from detailed and long-term planning with centralized control and management to facilitating rapid adjustments based on trust in employees.

Course methodology
Agile autonomous teams appear to be the organizational form that modern businesses need to tackle changing demands and expectations. What changes are required for such an organization, and what is needed to make your team and organization more adaptable?
The course alternates between practical tasks, experience sharing, and theory anchored in relevant issues. You will bring insights into how you work today, and we will take a closer look at the difference between servant leadership and traditional leadership. We use the “Training from the Back of the Room” methodology to provide you with the best possible learning experience.
Through active participation and discussion with others, you will develop in your leadership role while we help you with concrete suggestions on how your team and organization can promote shorter decision-making paths, greater engagement, and a shared understanding of what you aim to achieve together.
You will also receive an introduction to Diversity Icebreaker, which you can use in your own team and organization to increase your understanding of different communication needs. The program may vary slightly to adapt to the group’s dynamics and needs.
You will leave the course with concrete actions you can implement in your own organization.
